If you're like me you love clothes and appreciate the finer things, but can't always afford them. As much as I would love to, shopping the contemporary designer department at Saks Fifth Avenue is unrealistic for adding pieces to my everyday wardrobe. While I am all for shopping at stores such as Target or Forever 21, I have to admit there is no greater thrill than finding a great designer piece for cheap (and I mean cheap in comparison to the regular price). Many of you may be aware of invitation-only online boutiques that hold limited time events where one can purchase designer items at up to 80% off. Some good sites are Ideeli, Rue La La, Hautelook, and Beyond the Rack. I am a member of these, and the sales are really great. I once got a $410 Nicole Miller dress for $124! If that isn't a good deal, I don't know what is! I love getting my daily emails about the current sale events on these sites, and I think you would too.
